Hello! A few notes here gals and guys (links to each meal plan below):
1. These are just an experiment – sample meal plans I tried putting together from our treasure trove of P2 recipes – I don’t honestly know how the flow of them will actually feel – so please, give them a try, and let me know your thoughts! What works well, what didn’t flow so well. If you have suggestions for improvements, etc. I had never planned on making any sort of P2 meals plans, but once we had our 441 recipes together, it did seem like a logical next step to just try out.
2. Don’t feel like you have to follow it exactly – for instance, there may be too many recipes for you to cook – in that case, you can choose the ones you want to cook and then for some of the other meals, go plain jane and just eat something simple like plain instant pot Chicken and a veggie or something like that. That will save time and keep things shorter for those of you who need that. I chose to have more recipe options here for those who really want the variety.
3. There’s a blank meal plan template as well! Try making some of your own P2 meal plans.
4. Quick reminder that SP stands for Simeons Protocol – meaning it follows his original food list for the hCG diet, and AP stands for Alternate protocol which includes a much wider variety of foods.
